Guide To Travel Information

When it comes to travel, there are lots of questions that come up...
Where do you want to go?  When are you going to go? How long are you going to stay? How are you going to get there? How do you get around once you arrive? Where are you going to stay? What are you going to do while you are there? How are you going to get home? Where are you going to go on your next trip??????

Ebiz247 has searched the Internet to locate the Web sites that provide you with the quality information that will make your travel an enjoyable experience. We have found Expedia to be the best company to use to make all your travel plans. You can research and
book flights, reserve the rental car make and model you want, and locate the perfect hotel that fits your needs and your budget.
Where do you want to go?
This is always the first question you ask and of course it is the most important! If you know where you are planning on going but want some more information, then check out the
maps and guides sections for detailed information.  If you don't know where to go, then check out these great Web sites for suggestions:

The widespread availability of
Webcams and satellite imagery has opened up a free and easy way to make your search for a destination successful.
When are you going and for how long?
The answers to these questions are pretty much up to you. It depends on when you can take off work, when the kids are out of school, when your partner can go and how much you can afford.  Important considerations you need to take into account are season of year (obviously you aren't going to go on a Montana
skiing vacation in July), mode of transportation, availability of lodging due to peak travel times. Again, the guides will give you information you need for making these decisions.
How are you going to get there?
Well, you could always walk, but that might take a long time! This is where the
planes, trains and automobiles come into play. Flying is probably the quickest way to get to your long-distance destination. We provide you links to all the major U.S. airlines, airports and the easiest ways to locate the best airline fares and sites to purchase your airplane tickets.

If you plan on traveling by train in the U.S., then you need to check with
Amtrak.  Information on traveling by train in Europe and other countries can be found at Rail Europe. Rail Europe has been selling European Rail products to the North American market for over 60 years. They offer well known brands such as Eurail Passes, Eurostar (channel tunnel) tickets, National Rail Passes, Premier (High Speed) and Point to Point Rail Tickets virtually anywhere in Europe.

Travel by car is still one of the most popular means of transportation. When traveling by vehicle, make sure that your car is running properly and is in good working condition. Nothing can spoil a trip quicker than having your car break down along the way.

When traveling by car you definitely need to know where you are going.  We have provided you links to some of the best
maps for directions and accurate business locations. The satellite images are excellent for zooming in on your destination for a more detailed look.

Another Internet feature we have found extremely useful when traveling by car are the
traffic and road cameras.  These Webcams are distributed throughout most of the United States and many are world wide. They are great for monitoring traffic and especially useful for checking for snow and ice on the highways.
How do you get around once you arrive? There are several options available including rental cars, shuttle bus, public bus and taxi cabs. While rental cars may be more expensive, in many situations they provide you the most flexibility in getting around.
Where are you going to stay? - Of course this depends on where you are going and the accomodations that are available.  Hotels and motels are most common, but bed & breakfasts, rental houses and even hostels are options.
